Accessible within Matrix, ShowingTime is a full-featured online showing scheduling application. Quickly schedule showing appointments, confirm appointments for your listings, provide/receive feedback, grant seller access to see schedule and feedback. Saves an enormous amount of agent and staff time by eliminating the need for phone calls and waiting for follow-ups. Use the desktop PC version or their streamlined smartphone app.

Download this form to enter the showing instructions for your listing. This is especially helpful for your front office staff to have when setting up the property in ShowingTime. You will also find this form available in the NorthstarMLS Forms folder in Instanet.
ShowingTime allows you to connect to a listing's lockbox for additional reporting capabilities. Note: This is currently available for Sentrilock only (Greater Lakes Association)
Step 1: The broker must authorize integration of lockboxes for the office. Sentrilock Instructions
