A full featured parcel-based system combining MLS data, detailed public records data (including CREV, mortgage and foreclosure data) and a wealth of other information in a single source. Includes GIS maps, plat maps, map layers, reports, CMA’s, neighborhood profiles, robust search, and much more! Covers all of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Tax data is updated annually and additional data from sales records are added regularly for most counties.
HomeSpotter (formerly known as the “NorthstarMLS app”) was recently re-designed from the ground up to be faster more reliable. Just a few highlights:

Homesnap for Consumers (Powered by Broker Public Portal)
The Broker Public Portal, using the #1 rated real estate app Homesnap, allows consumers to search and view listings available in our market, much like big national real estate portals. However, there is no advertising on the app, and all consumer leads go direct to the List Agent/Broker at no charge. Because all content is provided by brokers and updated real time by the MLS, it is the most accurate and up-to-date real estate information available to consumers.
Click the Add/Edit tab in Matrix to add new listings, edit current listings, change a listing’s status, add photos, add supplements, add virtual tours, schedule open houses, correct your listing’s map pin location and view your listing inventory. At listing input, auto-populate address and other key fields from county tax records. Automated address clean-up (standard addresses matching county and/or USPS records) and geo-coding services (latitude and longitude coordinates added for precise mapping).
Accessible within Matrix, ShowingTime is a full-featured online showing scheduling application. Quickly schedule showing appointments, confirm appointments for your listings, provide/receive feedback, grant seller access to see schedule and feedback. TrustFunds is a secure and convenient web-based service that allows buyers to simply and securely make their earnest money payment online and easily verify the status at anytime. Other than a nominal service fee per transaction (which may be passed on to the buyer), there is no charge for making earnest money payments to participating brokers' accounts via TrustFunds. Brokers who want to accept earnest money payments into their accounts may purchase a premium TrustFunds membership.
ListTrac allows agents to track where their listings are getting the most views on real estate sites across the web. Also includes reports to provide sellers with this info to help with web placement and pricing decisions.

Realtors Property Resource (RPR)
An initiative of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). The goal is to build a national database of robust, property centric information covering every parcel of property in the country. This database is designed to be a resource exclusively for NAR members (no public or consumer access). It is a single source access to data available for members to use with their clients and customers. Easily accessed through desktop, iOS and Android devices.

FIND (from MOVE, Inc)
Find is a database of residential properties throughout the U.S. into which information is captured from MLS’s and from public record sources. Find contains active listings data, off-market data, sold data, and property photos; county recorded data, community information, amenities, environmental, and transaction data.
