Did you know that over 68% of American adults now own a smartphone of some kind, 45% own some kind of tablet and 66% of buyers who used mobile searching found their home through a mobile application? It’s safe to say that mobile technology has morphed into a powerful force that isn’t going away anytime soon.

NorthstarMLS offers three mobile application solutions that all NorthstarMLS subscribers have access to with their MLS subscription – NorthstarMLS Mobile (powered by HomeSpotter, formerly Mobile Realty Apps), Homesnap Pro and Matrix Mobile. Below is a description of each available app, as well as instructions for downloading the app onto your device and other resources to help you get started with one of our mobile solutions. 

NorthstarMLS Mobile: The NorthstarMLS Mobile app (powered by Homespotter) is designed specifically for display and functionality on your mobile device. The NorthstarMLS Mobile has augmented reality technology that displays listings and property information simply by aiming a mobile device at houses, condos and other properties. Homesnap Pro Mobile App: The Homesnap Pro mobile MLS app is now available as a free core service to all NorthstarMLS subscribers. Check out the Homesnap Pro University page with lots of quick “how-to” and tutorial videos. Download the Homesnap Pro app for your smartphone and claim your profile today!
