Forms now available through ZipForm for filling out and printing online
By special arrangement with ZipForm, you now have the option to fill in all your NorthstarMLS forms at your computer, rather than buying hard copies (or printing out PDF files) and filling them out by hand. Enter all the information in through your computer, then print the filled-out forms for signatures. With ZipForm, all the information flows to all the forms within a transactions, including NorthstarMLS and MAR forms. NorthstarMLS forms available in this format include listing input forms for all four property types, the listing Change Form and the Certification to Withhold from MLS form. And you can get them bundled with all the Minnesota State forms, all for one price for new individual users.
