Rules and Regulations Official Documents
RMLS is responsible for enforcing rules and regulations for all MLS participants
who purchase MLS services from the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®,
North Metro REALTORS® Association, Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®,
Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS®, and the Western Wisconsin
Association of REALTORS®.
If you wish to make a complaint against a participant, or if you have questions about RMLS rules, please contact the RMLS Rules Department at 651-251-3210. Complaints may be made anonymously but may be dismissed if not accompanied by sufficient information to establish that a violation has occurred.
All complaints of unethical conduct or requests for arbitration shall be referred to the association/board with which the Participant holds primary membership. Any complaint that encompasses a violation of the MLS Rules and unethical conduct or requests for arbitration will be separated into two issues and handled by the appropriate adjudicator.
