(Note: A seasonally adjusted annual rate shows what you would expect for the year if all months were as busy as the month in question. For example, if the May 2002 seasonally adjusted annual rate for New Listings is 73,500, that is an estimate of what you would expect the total annual New Listings to be if all 12 months were as busy as May.)
