NorthstarMLS® and its shareholder Associations have joined the consortium of Shared Association Services and Information (SASI) with other Associations/MLS’s across Minnesota. It allows for sharing of MLS listings (Actives and three years of off market listings), including the offer of compensation and cooperation among members. You have access to all this data on NorthstarMLS through your subscription.
All of the participating Associations/MLS’s have agreed to change their MLS rules to reach a common set to govern the shared listings.
Rule Changes that affect all NorthstarMLS users and that will be enforced starting January 3, 2011:

| Failure to enter the listing or file the Certificate to Withhold within 3 calendar days will result in a $100 fine for the first violation. | Failure to enter the listing or file the Certificate to Withhold within 2 business days will result in a $25 fine for each date late. |
| A property photo must be entered within 3 calendar days of listing entry. | A property photo must be entered within 2 business days of listing entry. |
| Failure to enter a photo within 3 calendar days will result in an administrative fee charge of $15.00. | Failure to enter a photo within 2 business days will result in an administrative fee charge of $25.00. |
| Status changes must be entered within 24 hours. | Status changes must be entered within 2 business days. |
| Failure to update the status within 24 hours will result in a $100 fine. | Failure to update the status within 2 business days will result in a $25 fine for each day late. |
Rule Changes that will affect Broker/Agent Websites Displaying NorthstarMLS Broker Reciprocity listings:
